These terms are an agreement between you and SF Education Group for use of Value Asset Studio. By creating an account you accept them.

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful or infringing content, no attempts to access other people's data, and no interfering with the service's security or operation.

Explorer is free. Studio Pro, Done With You and Accelerator are paid plans at the prices shown on our Pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

[Refund policy to be confirmed.] This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You own what you create in the studio. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

The platform, frameworks, courses, audio guides and materials remain our property. You may use them for your own work but not resell or republish them.

Value Asset Studio offers educational tools and guidance. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Decisions you make are your own.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
